Please ensure all tags remain attached and the garment is free from any makeup or fragrance marks to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact and the return form is included inside.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service or courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
